High quality antique Chinese silk (vintage from before 1960).

Mother of pearl buttons with a hand sewn shank.

Hand sewn silk buttonholes.

Unstructured lightweight cotton cuffs and collar interlining.

Garment dyed.

Naturally dyed using french madder root, requiring up to 5h of extensive hand dyeing techniques. This artisanal and traditional dyeing process gives a unique character and finish to each piece.
